Meet Haitang
Sweet Haitang and his human are a beautiful duo. Together, they are the most friendly encounter you could ever have during your travels. Video and video again, these two keep proving that it doesn't matter where you are or what language you speak, you can still have meaningful connections. Well, as long as you like cats.
We already know and love that the cat community is strong and loving. There is a reason you don't mess with cat people! Just like our feline friends, we can be your most beloved friend or your most terrifying one. These kitties got claws! Both metaphorically and physically.
So are we surprised that these two are having the best time traveling together? Absolutely not. Are we pleasantly surprised to see how much love and faith in humanity these two are spreading? Yes, and we can't get enough of it!
In Uzbekistan, Haitang and his human came across many friendly locals who were happy to meet them. But the most wholesome was an older woman who started talking to them because the two stopped to feed a street cat. However, it turned out it wasn't a street cat at all, it was a family cat named “Husband.”
Though the two humans didn't speak the same language, she still invited him and his cat inside for candies and to meet the family. They made an unlikely and very wholesome bond, she even gifted him some beads, asking him to not forget the good time he had with her and her family. He eventually left, but came back before leaving the town to give her a present of her own and thank her for her kindness.
Can you believe all of that happened because they both loved cats?! I'm not crying… YOU are!
We intend to keep following Haitang and his human all over the globe. We came for the wholesome cat content, but stayed for the restoration of our faith in humanity. We love all cat people, no matter where you're from!
